1. Dispatch & Processing Times

Standard Dispatch: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Peak Periods: During seasonal collection launches or promotional periods, please allow up to 3 working days for your parcel to leave our studio.
Order Tracking: Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking reference so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

International Standard / Express: We ship globally using trusted international couriers. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For international orders outside the UK, please note that shipments may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to ordering if you require an estimate of these fees.
